Description
Recipe: Szechuan Chicken
- In a wok or pan add some sesame oil
- Once the oil is hot add some cubed chicken and saute till it is half done
- Add in the Asian saute vegetables and cook till the chicken and vegetables are cooked
- Add in the szechuan sauce and continue to cook for another minute
- Plate the szechuan chicken and garnish it with some scallions
Recipe: Chicken Korma
- Marinated the Chicken with Chili powder, Lime, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, Garam masala and yogurt for 1 to 2 hours
- In a pot add oil and cook the chicken
- Open the Korma gravy and add it to the chicken
- Cook till the chicken is cooked
- Finish it with a drizzle of cream and some chopped coriander
