Description
Recipe: Chicken Hyderabad Biryani
- Marinate the Chicken piece with salt, lime, ginger garlic, turmeric and chili powder
- In a pot heat oil add the chicken and cook along with the Hyderabadi masala.
- Boil basmati rice with bay leaf, peppercorns, cloves and cinnamon till the rice is half cooked
- Drain the water and set aside
- Take a pot and grease it with ghee
- Add some of the chicken gravy at the bottom and layer it with rice
- Make two layers and cover the final layer with fried onions
- Then cover the pot and and put it in the oven at 150°C for 1 hour serve hot
