Description

Recipe: Chili Con Carne with Baked Potatoes:

  • Take a large potato and rub it with a little oil and salt
  • Cover the potato with aluminium foil and bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour depending on the size of the potato
  • Once it is cooked, remove the potato and slit it in the middle
  • Add a little butter and top with with the reheated Chili Con Carne (temp 85°C)
