Description

Recipe: Szechuan Chicken:

  • In a wok or pan add some sesame oil
  • Once the oil is hot add some sliced chicken breast and saute till it is half done
  • Add in the Asian saute vegetables and cook till the chicken and vegetables are cooked
  • Add in the Szechuan sauce and continue to cook for another minute
  • Plate the Szechuan chicken and garnish it with some scallions.
