Thai Chicken Curry Recipe
For this recipe you will also need 2 tsp of chopped garlic & ginger, Cooking oil, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Lime juice
1. Preheat a deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat with 4 tsp of cooking oil
2. Add 2 tsp chopped ginger & garlic and cook for 3 minutes
3. Add chicken cubes seasoned with salt and pepper and cook for 10-12 minutes
4. Add thawed Red Thai Curry Sauce and stir for 5 minutes
5. Add mixed vegetables boil for 5 minutes on high heat and then reduce the heat to medium
6. Cover the pan with the lid and cook for 10-12 minutes.
