Recipe for Butter Chicken: 

  • Marinated the chicken with chili powder, lime, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and yogurt for 1 to 2 hours
  • In a pot add oil and cook the chicken
  • Open the makhani gravy and add it to the chicken
  • Cook till the chicken is cooked
  • Finish it with a drizzle of cream and some chopped coriander
